Damla, I use a combination of Trello boards to visualize tasks and the MoSCoW method to prioritize them, ensuring I focus on what's most critical for my project's success. Regularly reviewing and adjusting priorities also keeps the project agile and responsive to change.

For organizing and prioritizing tasks in my indie projects, I rely on a Kanban board for visual organization and use the MoSCoW method to prioritize by categorizing tasks into Must have, Should have, Could have, and Won't have. This keeps my workflow flexible yet focused on critical milestones.

I use a simple to-do list for each day and week. I also use Asana for a bigger picture view and to keep track of tasks that are further out beyond the next week.

For my indie projects, I prioritize tasks based on the impact they have on the user experience and the overall project timeline, often using tools like Trello for visual organization. I also set aside dedicated time each week to review and adjust priorities to ensure I'm on track and adaptable to any changes or feedback.

We're currently using Trello. Prioritize is just based on if the task is needle-moving or not. I think after a while you know which tasks are most important and should be prioritized.

I have a business that specifically sells planners so I usually jump between my different products. I like to change things up occasionally so it works out nice. Using digital planners has been my go-to for a long time but recently I've been giving Notion another go.

Personnally i use the reminder app in my iphone. I create a task for each feature i have to implement. And i remove the task that i have complete

Set realistic deadlines, and use task management tools to track progress. I also regularly reevaluate priorities, balance short-term and long-term goals, and stay flexible

I use a mix of the Kanban method for visual organization and the Pomodoro technique for focused work sessions, Damla. Regularly reassessing my to-do list each morning also helps me stay on top of priorities.
