How do you organize and manage your design files and what are some tools you use to help you?

It's important to me that I don't lose my files. Since I make different designs for websites. They weigh a lot and take many gigabytes. I used to try to use Google Cloud. But I kept running out of memory. I found a site https://getfreedays.com/ where I could download a cloud for files with many gigabytes. There I now store many of my notes and files. So for me it is the most convenient place for my design projects.
