Ultimately revenue is what keeps the company going, but what I live for is direct feedback from clients as to how they are using our product, Conversa, to make a difference in their company.
How much time saved, or profit they made.
At the end of the day, if your clients are happy or successful by utilizing your product, you will run successfully
Revenue indeed.
Customers can fake their satisfaction
but won't when it comes to money💸
And using KPIs like NRR(Net Revenue Retention) will help too!
