How do you measure success in your projects?

The startup is always a marathon. It is hard to decide what numbers to expect, and even when you reach them, it is hard to say whether it is really a success. 
Furthermore, when numbers are growing, we are only learning that there are many more issues to overcome.
How do you decide and measure success in your project?

Success is relative and depends on your goals. I measure it by customer satisfaction, growth, and the ability to consistently solve their problems.
