The startup is always a marathon. It is hard to decide what numbers to expect, and even when you reach them, it is hard to say whether it is really a success.
Furthermore, when numbers are growing, we are only learning that there are many more issues to overcome.
How do you decide and measure success in your project?

Success in projects is measured by achieving goals on time, within budget, meeting quality standards, and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.

Success is measured in customers and their reviews.
I feel you need a mix of quantitative and qualitative metrics. Financial metrics like MRR are crucial, but so are customer satisfaction and team morale. It's about balance and ensuring sustainable growth.
The Key Metric is our growth of revenue. Then, we split it into many sub-metrics that we check on a daily basis.
By setting clear objectives, monitoring progress, adapting to changes, and continually striving for improvement.
