Twos
YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram. Any place we can show off how it's used and it's benefits. It's a little different for us since we have a daily tool to remember things that anyone can use and get value from. I will say, it hasn't been easy and figuring out how to go viral or get a big influencer to post about us would be a gamechanger (App is Twos: the best place to write *things* down, and we're launching next week :) https://www.TwosApp.com)

Not a SaaS founder but I've worked with a bunch of SaaS companies. My number one advice for our clients is always to take advantage of short-form video content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts.)

I'm learning that the easiest and most effective way is to to speak in communities like this that are relevant to your target market. SEO, Email, and all that other good stuff is great, but it can be stressful and time consuming. Simply putting your product in front of people with an irresistible offer works great
Social media platforms and also you can list your product on product listing sites, like indiehackers, g2, etc.
I'm looking for innovative, proven strategies to effectively market my SaaS product, which includes techniques like SEO, content marketing, social media promotion, and more, so any insight on how to optimize these channels or other unique approaches to capture and retain customers would be greatly appreciated!

@adams11g Hi Gregory, I just launched and could really use your support by leaving a honest review. Would that be too much to ask? Thank you.

Start with defining your audience. Then, build a solid product narrative. Get some early adopters and champions, their testimonials work wonders. Invest in content marketing, SEO and social media for organic reach.
@ruthriv33 @nishi_bhavsar Yes agree with Ruth, SEO, content marketing time taking process but always good for organic reach.
@ruthriv33 Yes, SEO and social media are the like bread and butter for organic reach.
I share how I build my product on my LinkedIn profile. My team creates a lot of BOFU content optimized for SEO. Also, a profile on G2 generates valuable traffic to our website even though we are on the 'free plan' on G2.
Apart from acquisition, we set up a Discord server where we build our community, we share our progress there, gather feature requests or organize open beta for new versions or new features.
@nishi_bhavsar We had the same objection with Discord. We assumed our target audience will not be aware of it, and would probably use Slack more often. Well... We were terribly wrong about this.
Ultimately, we switched to Discord and it 10X our community growth.
I am not completely sure what do you mean by retargeting the audience on G2. As far as I know, the ranking factor on G2 is the number of reviews and discussions started on your product's G2 profile.
And when they click through to your website, they come with a ?ref attribute in the URL so it should be possible to retarget them through Google Ads or social media ads.
@qbagaj We have also listed our SaaS product on G2. But, do you have any tips on how to retarget the audience on G2 we listed the product 2 or 3 years ago and now we are not getting much or nill traffic from it.
Also, Discord is a good option, but for some owners, it is not feasible because their customers must not be aware of such a platform.
But, thank you for sharing your thoughts, really appreciate it.
