How do you manage your product responsibilities with software tools?

Hey fellow Product People! Let's be honest, being a product manager is no walk in the park. It is a complex job that requires you to wear multiple hats and juggle various tasks with different contexts and expert areas like engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer development. You basically have to be a jack of all trades! As a product manager, you also have to interact with different types of people in your company and get things done. You need to have a good understanding of their field & be knowledgeable enough to communicate with them effectively, and be able to get things done without being in a position of authority. There is no doubt that it is a tough job. But we all have our own ways of dealing with these challenges. This is where I would love to hear your thoughts.
