Being a startup founder I have to manage lots of work myself like 1. Being Active on Social Media 2. Replying to customer queries 3. Meeting with team & Planning for next big feature to release. 4. Working on Blog 5. Newsletter Plans for each week 6. Checking out my user flow on analytics. And many unplanned works also come in between. Curious, How do you guys manage your work daily? Is it all week planned?
