How do you manage your life trying to launch a product and having a full-time job?

For those like me, who are trying to launch something while still having a Full-time job, how do you handle it? 
How do you keep focused on building and how do you prioritise your day?

My biggest luck is that I'm not alone and i'm building it with my girlfriend.

I hardly sleep 😅😅 what keeps me going is that I know we’re building a product that will help people in my field save time, yield results, and most importantly spend more time doing the things they enjoy. What are you building?
