How do you manage your cold sales email campaigns especially without a warm-up tool?

I've been reading about the shutting down of warm-up tools. Google is shutting down all automated email warm-up tools and services, so how are you reaching out to your prospects? Since cold email outreach is most commonly used and warm-up is an integral part of getting started - how do you do it without a warm-up automation tool? Did you ever use one? This article could help if your emails are getting blacklisted/marked spam: https://upscale.ai/blog/role-of-multi-channel-outreach-when-email-warm-up-tools-are-shutting-down Alternatively, would love to get feedback in case we missed anything. Or if you have questions that can be covered here.

Hey Richa, No sweat, you've got options even with Google tightening the reins on automated email warm-up tools. I've been using this cool platform called Folderly. It's basically this email wizard that's got a knack for keeping your emails out of the spam folder. Folderly uses some fancy tech to check out things like your domain's reputation and sender score, and it'll let you know if you're on any blacklists. It's pretty rad because it not only spots issues but also gives you the low-down on how to fix them. If you're rocking Outlook for your email, you gotta check out Charge for Outlook. This tool is a lifesaver when it comes to managing emails and keeping the sales ball rolling. It's slick at pulling out the useful bits from your email convos and helps you keep your cold outreach game strong. Plus, it seems to have a pretty good track record of dodging the spam folder. Hope this helps!

@svitlana_palamarchuk Charge for Outlook is a great add-on. Very helpful for Outlook users! It's a simple Chrome extension and that makes it easy to use as well. Thank you :)

Correction. Google is shutting down it's API access that these folks use for Warmup. oAuth is going to probably get hit next. Our tool like Mystrika are having no issues with Warmup, and flourishing well. The reason is simple, we are pure SMTP / IMAP based.

@richa_sharma07 of course. By default we start with 2 emails first then, than ladder increment in volume till desired volume for warmup is met. We also provide the users option to override and directly configure the warmup volume (in case their email is already warmed up elsewhere). And lastly, we automatically remove the emails that landed anywhere in spam (in warmup pool), reply to a configured user selected % of emails and almost everything you expect from a warmup service, completely configurable.

@boringhustler interesting. So do you basically automate what one does manually? Start with a small number and gradually increase it over a time. Encourage replies and other such best practices?

@boringhustler Alright. Good to know. I went through your platform, and here are my first thoughts: - Don't see any warm-up option - It looked more like a service than a product company, is that right? - You've used templates from competitors? As a marketer, a person from an early stage start-up myself, this was a BIG no for me, and I didn't/won't look for anything else.
