How do you manage scope creep in your startup/development projects?

My expertise is client-side projects. Prior to my startup I worked in marketing and I engaged a lot of service providers for various projects.
The blame for scope creep often lands at the feet of the client (sorry, team). But it's frustrating for clients too, for many reasons I can go into if anyone is interested.
But I am interested in whether this is a problem you've come up against specifically when building your startup.
How do you innovate and also keep on top of feature creep?
My SaaS solves the causes of scope creep, we make it seamless to both define the scope of a project, while also capturing change in a productive way as it inevitably comes up.
I'm curious to see if our SaaS would be useful to other startup founders.
(Software dev is already one of our target audiences).

Prioritise + outsource (if possible)
You can divide features into few categories like "Critical for UX" or "Frequently Requested" or "<1h to implement", whatever makes sense for your particular case
Then launch -> collect feedback -> iterate
