I add UTM parameters to all different channels. If the link looks bad, I’ll create a link like https://www.ringly.io/yt and then redirect to the link with utm parameters. Then I track all clicks from the website to the signup page with Google Tag manager. Lastly, I make a report where I see which social media channel brings in the most clicks to creating an account in Ringly.io

I use Zapier to build automated workflows that help manage and synchronize our multi-channel campaigns. It connects all our marketing tools and channels so data flows seamlessly. Definitely a huge time saver and helps keep things efficient! Would love to hear what tools others are using for this.

Launching soon!
Creating a simple content calendar that focuses on 2-3 core platforms max. My team used to spread themselves too thin trying to be everywhere, but now they batch create content for the main channels of my products first, then adapt and repurpose. Saves tons of time and actually improves engagement since they can focus on quality.

I use a tool called Marketo to manage multi-channel campaigns. It lets you coordinate email, social, ads, web, mobile etc. all from one platform which is a huge time saver. You can set up triggers and workflows to automate a lot of the process. Definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking to streamline your multi-channel efforts!

I've been using Airtable to manage my multi-channel campaigns. It allows me to track each channel, set reminders, collaborate with my team, and get a high-level overview. Curious what others are using though - always looking to optimize my workflow!

I keep things organized by using a project management tool. That way, I can stay on top of tasks, deadlines, and performance across all channels.

"Managing multi-channel marketing campaigns can definitely be challenging, but with the right tools and processes, it becomes much easier. Here’s how I approach it: Define Clear Goals and KPIs: Before launching across different platforms, I make sure the campaign’s objectives are clearly defined. Whether it’s brand awareness, lead generation, or sales, knowing the goals helps tailor the strategy for each channel. Segment the Audience: I ensure that each platform's audience is segmented properly. For instance, content on LinkedIn might cater to professionals, while Instagram might target a more casual, visual audience. Tailoring the message for each segment is crucial. Use Marketing Automation Tools: I rely on tools like HubSpot, Hootsuite, or Buffer to schedule posts, track performance, and manage content across multiple channels. These tools help save time and ensure consistency in messaging across all platforms. Centralized Content Calendar: Keeping a centralized content calendar helps me organize content creation, scheduling, and track progress. It ensures all team members are aligned on deadlines and the launch schedule. Track & Analyze Performance: I regularly review analytics from each channel to understand which tactics are working best and adjust accordingly. Whether it's Google Analytics, social media insights, or email marketing reports, tracking performance helps in optimizing the campaign in real-time. Team Collaboration & Communication: When managing campaigns with a team, using tools like Trello or Slack to stay connected is essential. This ensures everyone is on the same page and tasks are delegated efficiently.
