How do you manage all your personal or business receipts?

Most of us either throw them away, send them to our email, save it to drive, take a picture, etc.
But really, how do you manage all of your receipts?
What if all receipts become email, do you think a dedicated Gmail will suffice?
P.S.
I also want to have many people's opinions. I saw a comment before that receipt management apps are useless, and paper is already "sustainable" with no negative environmental impact. What do you think about this?

Managing receipts is like keeping track of a herd of digital sheep! Personally, I corral them into a dedicated Gmail pen for easy access and organization. As for paper receipts being "sustainable," well, I guess trees do need some love too!
