Split time to monitor comments/feedback on the launch page. Reach out to communities & personal contacts in advance and schedule a few reminders so they can support you. Stay away from shaddy techniques. What you should hope to get from PH launch is - more eyeballs - good feedback - more sign-ups

Oh, it's really interesting how people manage that. As a member of a 10+ person team working on a product, I can’t even imagine how one person handles all the tasks 🫣

This is a good thing – I can see more and more people who made it to the top – they consist of more makers. A possible solution is to have a strong name among makers (I have seen more people join as makers) – it can help with the position.

Launch week is intense even with a big team! For a solo entrepreneur, I'd say: 1) Prioritize ruthlessly - only do the absolute essentials. 2) Automate wherever possible using tools like Zapier. 3) Hire contractors for tasks you don't have time for or aren't your strong suit. 4) Have a detailed launch plan/checklist and stay super organized. 5) Pace yourself and take breaks when you need to - it's a marathon not a sprint. You've got this! 💪

When it's just a small team, I prioritize tasks, stay organized, and leverage automation tools. Focused planning and efficient time management help ensure a successful launch despite limited resources.
