Work on an interesting problem that solves a real pain. That's all you need. Time and space vanish!

You can only do that as a founder if you can ditch your ego toward your "perfect solution". We all live under the guise that our solutions are great till we hit the talk about pmf and why the retention rates are low and cac is high and if we can think more on the lines of "pivot, don't quit" you can pretty soon achieve pmf with a better solution far different from your of ideas :)
