Have goals for the week + daily tasks to hit those goals. Slow and steady wins the race, it's all about daily consistency.

I never used to work in weeks, so Cherry Coke for caffeine is how I started days. But since joining 100.builders which requires weekly updates, GitHub's Projects feature has been great to organize objectives into neat task list
With a nice cup of coffee for a better start of every day! I think it's also important to have a good rest on the weekend so you can come back fully motivated and with a positive mindset.

Preparing a to-do for the list keeps you going and motivated. That works for me!!

Set yourself a goal that you want to achieve this week.
Know what tasks you have coming next and align them based on priority, have a good night's sleep and do your morning routine

sundays are for planning. take 30 mins to outline the week's goals and tasks. monday morning ritual: hydrate, meditate, caffeinate. sets the tone for the day. prioritize. what are the 3 most important tasks? tackle those first. email can wait. the first hours are for deep work. inbox comes later. breaks aren't optional. pomodoro technique: 25 mins work, 5 mins break. keeps the mind fresh. batch tasks. similar activities together to avoid cognitive switching penalty. eliminate distractions. phone on do not disturb, clean workspace. focus is a resource. practice gratitude. mid-week, list 3 things you're grateful for. it re-centers the mind. accountability helps. share weekly goals with a friend or mentor. helps keep you on track. end the week with reflection. what worked? what didn’t? adapt for the next week.

I usually set clear goals and break them down into daily tasks.

Planning, planning and more planning! An hour spent in planning saves several in execution.

I usually check out my Master ToDo list! With the tool that my team uses, Klever Suite - we can see all the tasks that we need to do across all the projects we're involved in - it's super helpful to stay focused amidst all the things that's happening🧘‍♀️

My biggest "hack" is journaling. True clarity comes from writing things down and emptying the mind of whatever is bugging us. If I don't write about the things going on in my life they can very easily distract me without me even realizing it.
Starting with a clear to-do list, a dose of Monday motivation, and a positive mindset is my recipe for a week full of productivity and accomplishment. 📋
