How do you keep your users close and engaged?

I recently added a Slack support group for all Sentrya users. I’ll get notified immediately of any questions, and I think it’s a great work to stay close to everyone. I’m sure it’ll pay off in the long run. What strategies are you employing in order to build and keep a close relationship with your users?

slack is a good idea. i'm thinking of setting up a discord, but that takes a lot of time 🤔

@sixbangs yeah, I thought about discord as well, but I came to the conclusion that Slack is the simpler solution to integrate

Talking to them, asking what problems they face and how we can solve them. Making this over a long-term we create meaningful customer relationships + actually build a product that our customers love!

We have been using Slack as well. We encourage our users to join our Slack community to get feedback and support.

Engaging users effectively requires a blend of personalization and consistent value addition. Tailoring content and interactions to meet their unique needs and preferences can create a more connected and loyal user base.

On WhatsApp, you can also create a community. It seems good so far

@lili_pentek thought about whatsapp as well, but with the data protection issues Meta had in the last few years, I thought it’ll be better to stay away (at least for now)
