Hi Casper! here are 9 ways to motivate your team: 1. Understand what motivates your team. Some are motivated by achievement, others by people and affiliation (ie face-to-face time etc etc). We offer a free motivational analysis at Marlee to help pinpoint work style motivations for people & teams. 2. Create a positive team culture - some people prefer group work environments, others prefer to work in solo environments. Once you understand your team's work style mix, you can start to build culture 3. Foster collaboration - some people are motivated by shared responsibilities, others less so - by understanding their work style traits, you can foster collaboration more effectively. 4. Shared team goals - these require cross-functional collaboration to galvanise your team 5. Use the right tools eg Canva, Miro, Marlee, Slack, Trello - some people are motivated by visual things so Monday's beautiful boards may motivate them more, others are motivated by hearing, or reading, so Trello's more detailed tech may work better for them 6. Prioritise inclusion - if team members feel included, they'll be more motivated to work & collaborate. Psychological safety is important. Again, if you understand each person's motivational work traits, this is easier as you're not expecting everyone to work in a certain way, you can adapt your comms & ways of working to suit each team member 7. Set clear goals with team members - working with them rather than setting goals for them is essential so they've been part of the process. 8. Understand each person's communication style - some are neutral communicators, others are affective communicators (or a more emotive style of communication), some prefer big picture thinking, others prefer to dive into the details. 9. Foster personal development and professional growth ie offer skills training, AI coaching & leadership development (eg we offer this at GetMarlee.com - your first online coaching program is free) I hope this helps ❤️ 🚀

Tell them the truth. Whoever relates, understands and trusts -- will stay and work with you.

It's important to set realistic goals, celebrate small wins, and offer flexibility when needed. Encouraging a strong sense of purpose and reminding everyone of the bigger picture can help keep morale high, even when challenges arise.
