I do not use any platform (but maybe should idk) but instead of that I use excel sheet. Separate sheet for separate sm channels. I prepare an table with days of publications and paste there text of the publication. For me it works perfectly throughout years

I like to use Trello to organize my social media content calendar. It's super easy to set up different lists for each platform, add cards for each post with notes on copy/creative, and drag the cards around to adjust the schedule. Plus you can collaborate with teammates. Notion is also great for content planning if you prefer more of a database view vs. Kanban board style.
