How do you keep up with all the technological updates as a Senior Software Engineer?

I find it really hard to find a good source of information, I joined a few newsletters such as "The Pragmatic Engineer", "Levels", etc, and subscribed to Medium Premium, but I still feel, that the quality of information is not enough to keep up with all the professional updates. What are the best resources you use to be up-to-date, and learn more new stuff?
