I'm still a bit old fashioned and like to use a daily agenda or a to-do list. I was wondering how everyone else keeps things in order and makes sure they follow through on all their tasks (ex. setting up reminders) Let me know your tips and tricks!!

Clickup is the best tool to track your tasks.

I pretty much use Todoist for keeping track of tasks along with timeboxing it in Google Calendar. It's been working well for me (when I do it!) Written about it more here https://kavirkaycee.com/timeboxing

I use the sticky real paper and create a check box with tasks daily. Keep checking them out as I complete them. I revised task lists again on the second day and also see the productivity of the last day. I tried different digital means, but real paper cheat and pen worked wonder for me.

Use reliable task management software. Prioritize tasks based on effort or urgency. Set due dates and reminders to stay on top of deadlines. Break down large tasks into smaller subtasks for better management.

I'm also like you. I still find the very simple Google Tasks more helpful for my daily tasks than any other complex task-management apps out there like Notion.

The folks from Basecamp introduced an interesting task tracking/prioritising technique called the "hill chart". I use it to help me meet deadlines despite facing lots of unknowns. Here's a very good explanation of the hill chart from Ryan Singer: https://basecamp.com/shapeup/3.4... Basecamp has a to-do list that is integrated with the hill chart. I use Jira, which doesn't have hill chart, so I made one :) https://www.curiouslab.io/

actually sometimes I like to note down a list on a blank sheet of paper ! That way you dont get distracted by previous hanging tasks. Otherwise Notion or excel works well too !

I love the classic pen and paper approach too! But lately, I've been exploring digital task management tools for that extra productivity boost. Have you tried any cool apps for reminders and organization? Let's swap some hacks!

I simply use Apple notes and make classic to-do lists :)

I use just just the Apple notes. I tried to use tools like Trello, ClickUp or Notion, but I got myself spending a lot of time building the task list instead of doing those tasks :)

I create a comprehensive task tracker in Google Sheets that helps me manage tasks efficiently
