How do you interpret 'polishing' a product thoroughly?

Perhaps it's about investing more time, effort, or even more money? How do you approach this question? I'm sometimes perplexed – what makes a good product? Or, what defines a successful product? Could you be a failure until you have users?

To improve the product you need real feedback from users.

@ixord At present, user feedback mainly comes from the Google application market and AppStore, which may have many limitations because I am unable to obtain user account information and their actual usage. I have tried to add our contact information to the application, but I feel that the user did not participate in contacting us via email.
