When I don't meet my goals, I embrace it as a chance to learn and grow, revising my strategies and reminding myself that setbacks aren't failures but stepping stones towards success!

Every failure is a success in my books. I like to look at things that if I don't hit my goals on time, then it's just a learning experience on how to time manage or be more efficient going forward!

I just move the goalpost, and analyse why I didn't meet it this time, so that next time I CAN meet it

*Deep breath* and I reflect on why I couldn't achieve my goals. Were they actually realistic? How can I do better next time? I reassure myself that goals are a way to learn and grow, and setbacks are just part of the journey.
