How do you handle the time consuming social media tasks?

Dealing with the social media promotions, posts, scheduling and managing, comments, replies and performance tracking? As a social media manager I find these tasks to be time consuming and some parts of it boring. How do you handle these situations? What is your secret automation tool or trick?
