That's a great question! I have an unpopular opinion on this topic. Feedback should be eagerly absorbed and taken seriously, but it’s especially important to focus on those who truly enjoyed the product. This is akin to identifying a "survivor's error," which helps pinpoint the cases or individuals who found value in what you're offering. You need to analyse that feedback thoroughly to understand how to replicate that success with new users.

I’m curious about the answers too! My product goes into beta with selected customers on January 6th, and I’m wondering how others handle it. Which feedback do you ignore, and which do you take seriously?
