How do you handle failed payments on Stripe?

Hello everyone, we recently noticed a big chunk of failed payments on our Stripe accounts mostly due to insufficient funds, I was wondering how do you handle these payments?

Do you use Billing Scale with smart retries to tackle this or there are some other tools that help with recovery better?

@qbagaj I upgraded to Stripe Scale to see if their smart retries will improve the success rate of the payments, I will report back in a few days.

I'd also be interested in learning how others are dealing with this. I am also having the same problem. Furthermore, I tried to reach out to these clients, but they never respond 🤔
