Putting something into the world you have built out means you are going to get a mix of feedback (some are helpful & some are not):
But it depends on how you handle it,
-Remember itโs all part of learning and growing ๐ฑ
-Sort out the helpful feedback from the noise
-Ask questions if you need more details
-Lean on friends and supporters for a boost
-Celebrate even the small wins ๐ (criticism can drown out the positives)
What kinds of criticism have you faced, and how did you handle it?

It depends whether the criticism is constructive or just trolling.
Trolling โ better not to react because it only catalyse your energy and time.
Constructive โ try to come up with the team whether it is really useful and whether the recommended feature is applicable, cost-efficiency etc.
But in general, you came up with valid points! :)

Launching soon!
@busmark_w_nika Good point๐ Criticism can be valuable, but how we give and respond to it makes all the difference.
We are currently beta testing our platform, and last week, I received some fantastic feedback from one of our users. I immediately passed it on to our tech team so we can implement it as soon as possible. Honestly, I believe there is no such thing as bad feedback, as long as it is objective.
We are still looking for feedback from more users, so if anyone is interested in creating their own interactive chatbot and connect it with messenger channels like Telegram or Slack โ all without a single line of code โ feel free to sign up for free and give our platform a try: https://app.easybits.tech/signup.
I would love to hear your thoughts!
