in conflicts:
1. listen first: understand their perspective.
2. stay calm: emotions can cloud judgment.
3. seek clarity: ask questions, avoid assumptions.
4. be empathetic: put yourself in their shoes.
5. communicate openly: express your feelings honestly.
6. find common ground: shared goals or values.
7. agree to disagree: sometimes, it's the best route.
8. take a break: if things heat up, cool down.
9. reflect: what can i learn from this?
