Yeah, bias in AI algorithms is a tough problem. A few key things to look at are 1) Making sure your training data is diverse and representative, not skewed toward certain groups. 2) Testing your models for fairness across different subgroups. 3) Having human oversight to audit algorithms for bias. 4) Prioritizing explainable AI so you can understand the reasoning behind decisions. It's an active area of research though and we still have a lot to figure out as an industry! Curious what approaches others are taking.
