To regain focus, I usually take a short walk or meditate for a few minutes; it helps clear my mind and reset my concentration. Implementing a timer for structured work and break intervals, like the Pomodoro Technique, has also proven effective for maintaining sustained focus.

Productivity apps like Forest have helped me a lot too. However, if I'm really struggling to focus, a 10-minute walk usually does the trick for me. What about you, @ruben_boonz? :)

Take a short break, write down to-do plan again, and focus solely on completing it.

I have my own 99:99 method! :) I get on my treadmill and work while walking. Weirdly, being physically active helps my brain focus on tasks. I know that I am time-limited to 99:99 — this is how long my treadmill can go uninterrupted. So, during the day, I do two sessions like this, walking 13 km as a result, and in between, I plan for them and have meetings.

When I lose focus, I find it helpful to take a short walk or meditate for a few minutes to clear my mind. This brief break allows me to return to work with renewed energy and perspective.

Def hard to do and I haven't mastered it yet. That's why I opt to optimize my day by scheduling the most crucial To-Dos when I am the most focused - In the morning as I am an Early bird. This has been critical in tackling my To-Do list ahead of our launch this Monday

Have been using this technique of controlling your breath cycle. Breathing in for 4 seconds, holding it in for 4 more and releasing it for the next 4 seconds. It has helped me in pressure situations or to get back to work if I'm lacking focus. 100/100 recommend to try it out!

I rest a little and then just keep doing my job. You need to lose focus a little bit (I think)

Maybe a bit weird but I either remind myself that I want to be able to spoil my mom in the future, or watch vids of people telling me to get off my ass. Short walk always helps too.

A 3-5 minute streching routine and deep breathing usually do the work for me :)
