Sharing knowledge within the team is a great way to help with creativity. In terms of programming, one can present "why we should use technology X instead of Y". A lot of great discussions come from that and usually lead to some great solutions

Studying and spending time to discover new technologies or common activities to do in teams. Or small group challenges to stimulate teamwork.

Open communication and respect for each other's ideas.

Open lines of communication and room for experimentation are essential. Regular sessions of brainstorming are also beneficial.

Having a group of people passionate about their field of expertise is the bedrock of driving innovation and creativity within a team. Someone who's not that invested in their daily work won't be eager to find out solutions

A failure-friendly culture. In a startup we all need space for experimentation. You try, you mess up, you learn, you innovate. It's all about iterating and improving, not about avoiding mistakes at all costs.

All in my team are creative people, and every day they themselves offer something new. Very glad they are.
