Finding your seed customers often starts with identifying your target market's core pain points and then engaging with communities or platforms where these individuals gather. It's crucial to offer them a solution that not only addresses their needs but also invites feedback to refine your product further.

Depends on the problem and solution. It's best to leverage existing relationships at first.
