How do you find the right persons to hire remotely?

Like what always come to your mind when you think about wanting someone with a good experience to help you out?

@m_ashour You can go to Upwork and find talents there :) There are also lots of websites like that like Fiverr but Upwork is what Im most familiar with.

@m_ashour It also depends on the area. If it's design, I would also think outside the box and consider something like Instagram. If you have a good network, there's often someone who knows someone.

I think LinkedIn is very helpful, especially if the person posts a lot, then you also see a lot of their values
