How do you find managing a team virtually rather than in the office? IS it harder or easier?

Once we had total 10 people in the team and 100% remote and we were able to manage it effectivey.

It depends on the maturity of a team. I don't notice any differences, but my team is rather professional.

@mehul_fanawala Count yourself lucky :). I find that It can get challenging at times with time differences and language barriers but also attitude to work.
