I try to sleep at least 7 hours and give myself rest daily. Exercising at least 3 days per week. Giving my head a rest from electronics and just being with my thoughts for at least half an hour before bed + breaks during the day. Having work planned also helps. Especially if avoid overthinking. What about you?

I make break a part of my schedule. Otherwise, you'd never be free enough to focus on something apart from your working tasks. P.S Re-mode into housing chores is not a rest, by the way (I work remotely from home:)

To prevent burnout while staying productive, I prioritize regular breaks throughout the day to recharge and maintain focus. Additionally, I set realistic goals and practice time management techniques, like the Pomodoro method, to ensure I'm working efficiently without overwhelming myself.

I take about 20 minutes everyday to practice mindfulness. Incorporating meditation into my routine helps alleviate stress and clear my mind, making me feel more refreshed and energized.

What if we've got it all wrong about being ,,productive"? We chase new ways to do more. We fear burning out. These ideas are everywhere and became nothing more than buzzwords. But here's the thing: Are we listening to ourselves? Do we still care about what matters to us? Maybe our dreams aren't really ours anymore. Maybe they're just what others told us to want. In 2025, instead of racing to finish more tasks, let's explore who we are. What if the most productive thing we could do is understand ourselves better?

I've learned to listen to my body and mind. If I start feeling overwhelmed I take a moment to breathe or go for a quick walk

Eat well, sleep well and on time, a physical activity at least 2-3 times a week, and start your day early and your work. Take a break like a break. Cheers 🍻

Try to set realistic goals and celebrate small wins. This keeps me motivated without putting too much pressure on myself.
