It really depends on each person I interact with in 1-to-1 in the team. I try to adapt to each one's work style. Then for global team communication, I set up very clear processes. For example, I find the use of segregated channels with read only permissions except from team leader very efficient. So everybody can find the proper information without it being lost in lengthy discussions. And I set up the process that each team member needs to react with coded emojis to these "announcements" to confirm reading/action. It's very smooth & clean this way, I'm quite fond of it!
    1. Establish clear communication channels. Ensure that everyone on the team knows how and when to communicate with each other. 2. Use the right tools. Invest in tools that make it easy for team members to communicate, such as a project management tool, a chat platform, or an email system. 3. Set a good example. Demonstrate effective communication by setting a model for the team. 4. Listen to your team. Make sure you're listening to your team members and their ideas. 5. Encourage feedback. Create an atmosphere of open communication where team members feel comfortable giving feedback.
"1. Set clear expectations: Make sure everyone on the team knows their roles and responsibilities and how their work fits into the bigger picture. 2. Encourage open communication: Encourage team members to speak up and ask questions. 3. Encourage feedback: Ask for feedback from team members and take their suggestions into consideration. 4. Use the right tools: Use technology, such as video calls, shared documents, and messaging apps, to ensure everyone is on the same"

A good team player is always an effective communicator. To ensure effective communication with your team, you should meet at least once a week, sit at a round table and discuss everything that is going on in the company. Make sure you do not play politics and make it a point to speak in a non-threatening environment. This way, everyone in the team is able to share his views and suggestions, which help the team grow.
