Hi PH community! What tools or daily rituals do you use to boost your productivity? Together with my team, we work on Manganum productivity sidebar that features your favorite productivity apps on any Chrome tab. With its help, you can organize your browsing to get more done with one-click access to Gmail, Calendar, GhatGPT, Drive, Keep, Tasks and more. Do you think such a tool could be helpful for you and your work? We're launching on Product Hunt soon, and would love to hear your feedback!

@daxeelsoni thank you for much for your feedback! What other productivity tools do you use on a daily basis?

make a to-do list on the morning of the day. Then use productivity tools like Trello, UPDF(https://updf.com/updf-special-of...), Snipaste, to-do-list, and similarweb.

Hi Darya, I hope below will give you a bit more than a list of tools. I open a Tab per tool in a browser (e.g. gmail, LinkedIn, PH, CRM) then Pin those that I use daily. Browsers would reopen them even after reboot, so I don't have to do it manually. I use one Browser for work tools and another window/profile for browsing. Sometimes more than two. If any of my web apps has an OS app, I download and install it e.g. Whatsapp as they are usually more memory efficient. Auto-Syncing Profile with my phone is also useful, but I don't use that too often. Typing first letter/s in address bar usually is much faster than clicking on tabs. Hence, I hardly use Tab sync and Bookmarks these days. If I need to open Google of Microsoft app that I don't have already opened , I use App Launcher (magic 9 dots button) in their suite to get to what I need. How do you think Manganum can speed up my productivity or improve my laptop performance?

@alex_shilin thank you for the detailed explanation, I love the way you structure your workspace! What Manganum can add to this, is that you won't need to open separate tabs to access your gmail/calendar, etc so it will save you a couple of clicks each time. What's more important, you'll be able to chat with GPT on the same tab while reading the article without loosing focus; write some notes using a sidebar on the same page where you work in a google doc instead of opening notion, etc

@darya_skd that sounds interesting. Thank you for explanation. I hate switching tabs or windows to make notes. Split screen not always work on a laptop. What would be awesome is if I could open any page e.g. Notion inside the side bar :)

As a medical student, I need to read and edit lots of PDFs. I tested numerous software products and finally found UPDF(https://bit.ly/474vjQs). It's really a helpful tool to improve my efficiency, which includes multiple features and is easy to use. The most important point is that the price is affordable, a good alternative compared to Adobe Acrobat. Anyway, I highly recommend UPDF.
