I'm curious, do you have any tips on how to ensure everyone in your team is able to lead and facilitate productive meetings? Any best practices?

1. Have a point 2. Bring the value to the meetings 3. Share your knowledge 4. Explain the clear target 5. Show respect to the work that was done so far 6. Set the clear goal for the entire team and each individual 7. Show the room for growth with clear benefits 8. Show how the previous work, tasks, and progress matters for the product, made it better, and was utilized for good 9. Respect teammates time and keep meeting short This isn't easy though, having prepared materials before each meeting can significantly improve them

.@smart_egg has some good points. I would add two things/focus on two: 1) If you're the boss, always let the entire team share their opinions before sharing yours. that way no one follows you because they want to respect hierarchy. That blinds the team. 2) Always end in a recap and give everyone action steps so the meetings have a real effect. Bonus: if the meeting takes 30 mins, schedule it for 15 and use up 20.

@smart_egg @jonwesselink Totally agree with those points, especially regarding who shares their opinion first, very true!
