I think, that having a presence on Product Hunt can be a part of a product-market fit strategy. PH is a popular platform for discovering and promoting new products, and it can help increase exposure for products to a wider audience. I've just launched my new product, Culturama, here and would love to hear as much feedback as possible :-).

I think product market fit is something we're constantly trying to figure out. You never know day 1 or even day 30 if the market using the product are the same that will use it on day 365, so you just iterate and improve as best you can to please your audience
