I agree with @mary_siewierska and add up on the top: to be able hire top-notch people in the industry so you can improve the product to the (nearly) perfect. ๐Ÿ™‚

It really depends how you measure yours, it's case to case basis. Defining success for us is kind of a three-legged stool situation. On one leg, we want to make a real difference and solve a problem that people genuinely care about. On another leg, we want to be sustainable and build something that can last, not just a quick flash in the pan. And finally, the last leg is all about creating a fun and inspiring place to work where everyone feels valued and we can keep pushing boundaries together. When all three of those things are clicking, that's when we know we're on the right track!

Hey there! Success for our startup is like making the perfect cup of coffee - it's a delicate balance of the right ingredients, timing, and a sprinkle of magic. It's about creating value for our customers, growing sustainably, and building a passionate team that believes in our mission. But hey, if the coffee gets a little frothy along the way, we'll take it as a good sign! Cheers to defining success on our own terms. ๐Ÿš€โ˜•'

user retention. That's the key metrics
The present might not reflect the direction in which one is headed, but good enough, we shall eventually get there.

People have different and individual definitions of success. For some, it is luxurious cars and houses while some of us here at PH build software daily to make business dealings easier. In our case, success would be launching our new product and being helpful for our community.
