How do you decide which apps are worth keeping long-term?

It needs to offer ongoing value, not just novelty.

I guess the app with regular updates and the who is consistently working towards solving customer complaints and coming-up with new features is the one that most people would love to keep.
If I use it daily, itβs a keeper.
It has to save me time or money.
Only keep apps that simplify my workflow.
I personally have these two criterias:
1) If they help me grow my business or keep track of my money.
2) If they help in my mental and physical well being.
