I would ask myself:
- Does my product still meet the needs of target audience?
- Am I solving a real, urgent problem?
If not, it might be time to pivot.

Talk to users for sure, but also look at your metrics and funnels to see where drop-off is happening. If retention or key actions are way down, it's a sign you may need to shift your strategy or messaging. Also always good to keep a pulse on what competitors are doing in case the market is changing.
100 convos is a good start but not enough data to pivot on. I'd aim for feedback from 500+ active users before making any big strategy changes based on what they tell you. Also look at your metrics, not just what people say!
Honestly, I just trust my gut. If it feels like we’re going in circles, I’ll suggest a change.
I will talk to over 100 users!
I regularly focus on market feedback including product-market fit and user feedbacks. If the product isn’t resonating in terms of above points, there is a mismatch between an offering and customer needs.
