My stress relief routine: 1. Take a bath. 2. Learn Japanese. 3. Play Yakuza and teach some bad dudes a lesson Well, to be serious, I agree with Alex. A hobby that has nothing to do with work helps a lot to switch things up. And a new hobby is a great way to restart.

Find a hobby that you are passionate about and switch it up when your stress level gets high!

Box breathing technique works best if you need to deal with stress ASAP. Breath in, hold it, breath out counting to 4. Really helps!

Time management methods: I turn off slack notifications (even the badge at the bottom promotes distractions) and use pomodoro sessions! What works for me is 1 hour focus work, 10 minutes break. Work-life balance hacks: hmmm... I'm aware this isn't available for everyone but for me, I moved to a different time zone than my HQ, but still kept my HQ time. Now, I work on my full time job when it's still dark, but have the entire rest of the day/sunlight to myself and my own hobbies/passions. :)

1) Dealing with stress: my first tip is not to portray stress as something diabolical. It is a natural reaction to any external circumstance. So I try to keep it rational: breathe in, breathe out, take my time to surpass the first symptoms of stress. Occasional stress at work doesn't really bother me, but if it is regular, better prevent than cure. So eliminate or mitigate the source of your stress and question your environment. 2) My main tip to fight against procrastination is creating morning to-do lists for a day. When your workload is clear, then you would better create a priority scale. Begin with less attractive tasks when you are full of energy and leave the most appealing for later. 3) Work-life balance: I just try to separate my work life and my private life. I have hobbies, so for me it works great. A great tip is to have separate chat folders for work and friends)))

Time-management is the key of success! My methods mainly include working with planning tools as Google calendar, Notion, Todoist, where I set tasks for the day/week/month. It really helps me with anxiety, when everything seems like a mess!

Yoga helps me to relief the stress. I try to eat healthy food and take a hike (early at morning and after dinner) to keep stress from taking over my body. Time-management - at morning I plan my tasks for the whole day. Make time boundaries. And try to stick to my checklist with tasks. What about work-life balance, it’s simple to remember that: • nights to sleep; • days-off - rest. Easy.
