We all know that starting a business is hard and it is a real roller coaster ride with constant challenges and setbacks. In the darkest hours it can be tough to be positive. How do you inspire yourselves and your team to achieve a winning atmosphere? We have just started with a friday meeting called "win of the week" where everybody in the team gets a few minutes to talk about their wins - there are always really great achievements and wins that would go by the majority of the team if we didn't highlight the wins. So far it feels like it has boosted the atmosphere.

I think a lot is already decided at the recruitment stage, thus hiring for culture-add is more and more critical these days. This is one of the reasons we're launching Mindpal soon

Be sure to set clear expectations and be consistent in your discipline. Employees will know what is expected of them and what will happen if they do not follow the rules. As a leader, you need to make sure your company has a consistent culture and employee expectations.
