How do you compare similar products?

When faced with two equal products at equal prices, the ability to withstand a crisis, solvency and risk management are highly valued. In my case, I value the entrepreneurs behind them, the sympathy they generate in me, also their past successes and failures. I also value if by buying their service, I have some option to sell them my services, it can be an interesting way to sell, to buy your potential customers.
