If you're currently a course creator, how do you collect feedback from your students/mentees for courses?

Sending them a feedback email once they completed your course will usually works

@jerryton_surya And how's the response rate been for such emails & is there a specific format, Jerryton?

@jerryton_surya @gouthamj Yes I was going to ask the same question. I usually ignore the forms, no matter the format.

That's an interesting question. We have a video-first community platform and have lots of coaches using it. So what they do is during or after the course, they invite their students to their community. Because it's video-first and asynchronous, the interaction continues long after the course is complete. So you can share some learnings or teachings in a scalable way because you only record it once. The other side of the platform is creating UGC or gathering feedback from the course. While you are engaging with your students, you can then capture the UGC from the dashboard itself and share it on your social platforms, website etc. Just thought I'd mention it as I question how many people really fill in feedback forms anymore.🤷‍♀️
