Hello, makers with multiple products. I am confused how to decide which one to promote and when.. for example, assume you have 3 products and while engaging in daily activities on Twitter, IndieHackers, or ProductHunt and while writing comments etc, how do you choose which product to put upfront than the rest?

I would base on the audiences these products are made for. Are they for different segments? So, put upfront each for each audience.

You want to choose a product that has an easily-reachable market.

You are better off focusing on a niche product, or at least somewhat of a niche product, that has a market that you can reach.

@adams_parker Although some competition is definitely a good thing, too much is definitely a bad thing.

Bringing a completely unique product to market can be really challenging. Not only do you have to convince people that this problem even exists and that they need it solved, but you also have to convince them that your product is the best solution to the problem.

I choose the one with the best offer that people like the most. They’re most likely to buy it and it builds trust in subsequent products that may seem harder to buy without the established trust from the first home run.

You should figure out which is the most profitable if you have multiple products. Then, you should place that product first. If a customer buys an unprofitable product, he will not return to your website and buy any more. If you want to offer multiple products, you should always give a discount to customers if they buy more than one product.

You probably want to promote the product that is best for your customers. The product that is most valuable to your customer should get promoted the most. The product that is the easiest to promote should be promoted the most.
