Interesting question. Community building is easy if you follow the right steps. Having spent over 15 years building large communities; I'd love to help. First step: What's your community about and why'd anyone want to join it?

Create a space for the community to commune! Whether it's Circle, Slack, Facebook, Discord or something else you need a space for the community to get together and feel like they belong. And then you need to create opportunities for connection. Weekly group calls. Input and feedback requests. Learning opportunities such as webinars or interviews. If you notice engagement is slacking or not growing organically, reach out to people directly and ask them to contribute something. Direct outreach and recognition can go a long way. Appreciate the community - give them first access, freebies, etc. Get to know them personally and show your dedication to them.
