Keep it balanced. Actively gather user feedback to validate if product innovations are solving real problems users care about. But don't get swayed by every piece of feedback - stay focused on your core vision. Use your judgment on which feedback to act on vs. which to note but not pursue right now. Continuously talking with users is key, but filter the signal from the noise to avoid getting pulled in too many directions. Ship, learn, iterate!
