How do you approach building a team for your startup?

I have been freelancing as a developer for years, and I've worked with a lot of startups to build their product MVP. I have always loved seeing the team rally around an idea and get it done!
But now I'm working on an idea of my own, and I'm not really sure where to start looking for other people who might be into it. I'd like to start building my tribe.
Where are your go-to places to find co-founders, partners and/or freelancers who can help scale your startup team?
