It's a nightmare isn't it, especially if you're always distracted by the next shiny thing. I basically just made an app for myself to keep me focused. I discovered by making a clear plan for the day, and dragging tasks from your tasklist and putting them into that plan through small bursts, things became easier to visualise and do.

I said this here many times already 😅 but Ivy Lee Method really helps me stay on top of my game. Basically, I plan 6 tasks for every work day, divide them by priority or urgency and stick to the schedule.
To stay motivated in the second week, set specific goals, celebrate small successes, take breaks, and visualize success.
Staying motivated is a journey, not a destination. It takes consistent effort and commitment to maintaining motivation over time.
I keep my work-life balance like usual, so I have a ton of energy after my climbing training or other sports activities. Rest it is just a job. Enjoyable, but still a job.
The first thing you need to do is to set clear goals for yourself. Break down your project or task into smaller, achievable milestones and set a deadline for each one. This will give you a sense of progress and accomplishment as you reach each milestone, keeping you motivated and focused on the bigger picture.
Another thing you can do is to create a routine or schedule for yourself. Set aside specific times each day to work on your project or task, and stick to it as much as possible. This will help you build momentum and make progress consistently, even when you don't feel particularly motivated.
And finally, don't forget to take breaks and reward yourself along the way. Celebrate your achievements, no matter how small they may seem, and give yourself time to rest and recharge. This will help you maintain a positive mindset and keep you motivated for the long haul.
To stay motivated during the second week, it's important to set achievable goals, break tasks into smaller steps, celebrate small victories, and maintain a positive mindset while surrounding yourself with supportive people.
Honestly, it can be tough to stay motivated in the second week, but I try to remind myself of the reasons why I started and the goals I want to achieve. I also take breaks when I need them and try to find ways to make the work more enjoyable to keep my spirits up.
Having a packed calendar with time blocks of fun+work has helped me a lot. Planning each day and checking boxes has been my dopamine so far.
I find that setting achievable goals and reminding myself of the bigger picture helps me stay motivated during the second week.
Taking breaks, practicing self-care, and seeking inspiration from others also helps keep me motivated.
Remember, it's okay to have ups and downs, keep pushing forward🦾🙌

Não dependa da motivação para iniciar seus trabalhos e seu dia, use o porque você tem que fazer aquilo. Use por quem você tem que fazer aquele trabalho, esses são nossos verdadeiros combustÃveis.
